Return Window You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Exceptions For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned. This exception does not apply to defective or incorrectly delivered items.
How to Return
- Email us at info@lumenoirejwlr.com with the subject line "Return – Order Number"
- Include the reason for your return and attach a photo of the item
- Once confirmed, send the item to: Bělocerkevská 1046/9, Praha 10, Czech Republic
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used at checkout.
